Cryogenic Deflashing Machine (CDM200A)

The machine operates by freezing rubber parts, which come out of the mold, with liquid nitrogen (liquid nitrogen) and then breaking off the fine burrs by using a special turbine with granule blasting.

• The rubber parts are manually loaded into a 200-liter capacity perforated stainless steel drum inside the machine. The drum has a loading capacity of 60 liters.
• Inside the drum, the rotating rubber materials are frozen by shock treatment with injected liquid nitrogen, and then the fine rubber burrs on the edges of the parts are broken off by granule bombardment.
• The broken rubber pieces and granules fall onto a sieve below, where the granules are filtered and sent back to the turbine, while the burrs are separated and collected in a burr collection bin.
• At the end of the process, the drum is removed from the machine, rotated, and the materials inside are discharged.
• The machine uses 2/3 layer sieves, where coarse burrs are separated at the top, granules in the middle, and smaller burrs than the granules are separated at the bottom.
• The drum speed, turbine speed, granule loading speed, and processing time are all adjustable.
• The body of the machine is entirely made of 304-grade stainless steel material.
• The machine requires 6 bar of compressed air (for lid locks and nitrogen valve).
